Methods How to Reset Your ASUS Android Tablet

There are three option or Method in resseting your ASUS Android tabled. First is by using a Memory card, Second is Factory reset and the third one is Hard Reset. Just to make clear guys all data was being erase once you reset your device. Note: Use the volume button to navigate and Power button to select. Hope this article will help you a lot in resetting your ASUS Android tablet device.

Method number 1
1. Donwload cleardata.zip then store it on your SD card.
2. Unzip the file to your SD card.
3. Turn off your device then insert your SD card.
4. Hold the power button for a couple of seconds.
5. Select the CLEAR USER DATA.
6. Remove your SD card on your device.
7. We're done. Hard reset was being performed.

Method number 2
1. From main screen select Settings.
2. From Settings just select Backup&reset.
3. Select Factory data reset then tap reset tablet.
4. Just select Erase everything amd your DONE.

Method number 3
Note: You can use hard rest method if you forget the password of your device or if the device was being stocked or hung.
1. Turn off your device.
2. Press and hold Power + Volume up button at the same time.
3. Release the key once the device booted.
4. From the screen select wipe data/factory reset.
5. Select Yes all user data.
6. Select reboot system now and your done!

Lenovo Vibe X2 Upgrade to Android Version 5.0

Since android lollipop is available to download on my Lenovo vibe x2. I decided to upgrade the OS of my device into a latest version. Upgrading requires 1.11GB of memory for the OS itself and another 75mb for other software updates. After I downloaded and installed the android version 5.0 or simply called Android Lollipop together with the additional software updates. The device was booted and it was never turned on again. I tried to pressed the power button but nothing happened. I am very disappointed because after a long wait of downloading this is what you get. I waste my time and money thingking that I need to go to Lenovo store or technician in order to fix my problem.

Heres what i did to solve my problem.
I charged my phone overnight. The Led is supposedly blink while charging but its not. Hoping it will work fine tomorrow. Unfortunately the device still not working. I cannot able to hard reset my device niethier factory reset since it doesn't turned on. I searched on the internet to resolve the issue of my phone. I pressed the power button as well as the up and down volume key at the same time for a couple of seconds. Im glad that it work, my device was turned On. Right now I am using it with upgraded version for almost 2 weeks and its working fine for me. Hope this article will help you guys whos having the same problem.
